Rice isn’t bad for diabetics
The latest health research suggests that rice is not bad for diabetics afterall. The research was conducted on three types of rice consumed by Indians. The Indian rice varieties had the lowest Glycemic Index (GI) as compared to other rice available globally. Therefore, the research suggested that rice can still be part of a healthy diet.
