Most of us have an office job, and sitting on our derrières takes up the most amount of time. This could lead to shortening your life span. The latest health issue suggests that ‘restricting the time you are seated to less than three hours daily might boost your life expectancy by two years.' The research makes sense in this day and age when we tend to sit more often while watching tv, while working, or even just chilling. This will lead to lack of exercise and other health problems; hence we are reducing our life span by deteriorating our health.
