Urban India loves its fast food. From burgers, veg sandwiches, French fries, tikkis, pizzas to colas, sodas, and just about everything artificial and processed - there are many takers for these quick, junk foods that can be found round every street corner in 21st century India. Reasons range from convenience, lack of time, increased socio-economic status, ignorance of which foods are harmful for health, etc. Sometimes, in a bid to eat healthy, people who are unaware of what 'healthy food' comprises, opt for veg sandwiches. But how healthy is your veg sandwich?
