How to Heal a Pulled Muscle

A muscle pull or strain occurs when a muscle has been overstretched due to some physical activity. This usually culminates in a sharp pain, which can also lead to swelling later. Even though a muscle pull can be unpleasant, it is usually not a serious condition and can be treated easily. Here are a few ways in which you can heal a muscle pull.
