How to Destress: 7 Steps to Weekend Hungama

Menopausal boss, impossible targets, cranky teachers, bumper to bumper traffic, inflation...the list is endless. After a crazy and stressful week, weekends are all about chilling, putting your feet up, and doing what you like. But it can all go down the drain if you let work and personal problems affect you. This weekend make no room for any negative thoughts, and get ready to destress - the healthy way.   • Conk out – Sleep it off! Let every cell in your body recharge. Catching up on sleep without racing thought is the first step to a stress free weekend. Lack of sleep is a trigger to several problems like hypertension, insomnia, heart related diseases.
  • Road trip – Step out of the concrete jungle and take in the fresh air. Plan a trip to a neighbouring hill stations or just drive, have lunch at a dhabba and turn back. Holla your friends and take the highway to letting loose, but keep it within your spe
