Quit smoking and drink only in moderation

It’s not only getting expensive to smoke and drink, but these two vices could well be perpetrators to break down the Bastille of immunity as well. Passive smoker are at risk too. Smoking dries up the nasal passage and alcohol dehydrates the body, increasing the chances of getting the common cold. Also it doesn’t make sense to share a smoke with someone who’s coming down with flu.

  • Do not sneeze in your hands
  • Drink plenty of water
  • Food to build your immunity
  • Wash your hands and avoid touching your face
  • Stress free equals germ free
  • Cull smoking and drinking
  • Anti-virus for the common cold
