Wash your hands often and avoid touching your face

You use your hands for several things like to touch, hold, carry and hold your girlfriend, for instance. If you commonly use public transport, the chances of getting infected is higher. It is best to avoid putting your hands on your face to eliminate contact with filthy lingering wide spreading common cold germs.

It is advisable to carry a hand sanitizer and repeatedly wash your hands with soaps.

  • Do not sneeze in your hands
  • Drink plenty of water
  • Food to build your immunity
  • Wash your hands and avoid touching your face
  • Stress free equals germ free
  • Cull smoking and drinking
  • Anti-virus for the common cold
