Healthy Lifestyle: Importance of a balanced diet


A balanced diet is one which has nutrients from all sources of food, but limit your cholesterol, fat and sodium intake. In order to stay fat free, include lots of fruits and vegetables in your diet, as these food items contains good fat which is useful for the proper functioning of brain, heart and skin. 


 

  • Make changes in your diet slowly
  • Lots of fruits and vegetables is a very good idea
  • Include diet rich in protein
  • Every food is important
  • Include carbohydrates in your diet
  • Change your old cooking style
  • Drink a glass of water in the morning
  • Beet up with RED
  • Breathe the right way
