Greece: Step into any country in the Mediterranean and you will be flooded with seafood, seafood, and more seafood. And rightly so. The Greeks love their fish, and have a fondness for other meats like pork and rabbbit. Their preferred method of cooking is grilling; perhaps this is why the Greek body is such a phenomenon in fitness talk. Typically, the fish has to be fresh with minimal or no spice; they like to taste the fish. A squeeze of lime, salt, pepper and olive oil does the trick to add plenty of taste.
