Whether it is a meeting or a lazy Sunday, most of us opt for brunch. An easy meal, it combines two important meals of the day – breakfast and lunch. Plus, brunch meetings are a great way to seal the deal with clients. Even the hospitality industry has latched on to this growing trend by offering all you can eat brunch buffets. But is brunch healthy? Is brunch a good idea if I am trying to lose weight? Will brunches affect my health in the long run? To answer these burning questions, we headed straight to nutritionist Mansi Belani from Evolve Medspa, Mumbai.
