Reasons for Body Pain: Lack of calcium, potassium and other vitamins and minerals, weak joints, brittle bones, and build up of acids lead to arthritis, osteoporosis, and gout. It may partly be the genes but there are ways to avoid joint pains with a healthy balanced diet and active lifestyle.
Consequence of Body Pain: Mobility becomes difficult and most movements are punctuated with sharp or nagging pain. Dependency for daily chores increases, as the body poses many issues.
Prevention: It is a well proven fact that staying physically active and eating a healthy diet are helpful in avoiding aches in pains in old age. But simply being physically active isn't enough sometimes. Include body strengthening exercises latest by middle age in order to enjoy the benefits of a healthy and supple body in old age.
