Health Problem: Poor Mental Health

Reasons for poor mental health: When you are working, your mind remains active, but retirement can make you laidback and lonely. This self isolation and mental inactiveness invites depression, anxiety, dementia and Alzheimer’s.

Consequence to poor mental health: It is important to keep your mind active and social, as it will help you fight mental diseases like depression and loneliness.

Prevention: Staying involved with a community, and being involved in everyday chores are great ways to preserve good mental health. Eating a balanced diet and regular exercise are also great solutions.
