Health Problem: Urine and Stool Incontinence

Reasons for Urine and Stool Incontinence: Loss of bladder control is embarrassing and causes emotional distress. As we age we tend to lose control over our bladder. This could be due to weak or overactive bladder muscles, blockage in the prostrate or damaged bladder nerves. Even constipation, medication and urinary tract infection can lead to urine incontinence.

Consequence to Urine and Stool Incontinence: Loss of bladder control involves wearing adult diapers.

Prevention: To control incontinence change the diet and practice bladder control. Consult a healthcare provider the minute you notice this issue in yourself or a loved one. Often times, such problems can be cured if caught in time.
