To help you control diabetes, diabetologist, Dr. Shalini have a few suggestions, “Eat right, especially at restaurants - Foods high in sugar and refined carbohydrates can make your blood glucose levels spike too high, while fiber-rich items can stabilize your levels so if you order a meal that includes a good balance of proteins, fats, carbohydrates and fibers, you're doing OK. Split your meals- eat in moderation. 5 small meals throughout the day are much better than 3 huge meals.”
