Germs and bacteria’s are present in every nook and corner of the world. Some are good for your health while others can ruin your wellbeing for good. These harmful bacteria’s can be very bothersome as it can make you bed ridden while also making a hole in your pocket in the process. We often fail to recognize the importance of the good bacteria and the benefits they offer due to lack of knowledge or prior assumptions. Due to our lack of proper information, we often protect ourselves receiving the health perks that these friendly bacteria’s present. These unnecessary assumptions about viruses and bacteria’s have certainly erupted from myths, which have been passed from ages.  Today, Dr. K.M.
