Arthritis pain can be quite defeating, but it can be overcome. When considering an arthritis exercise program, one has to understand your limitations and what level of exercise is likely to give you results. Exercise increases strength and flexibility, reduces joint pain, and helps combat fatigue in arthritis patients.
