10 Ways to Add Whole Grains to Your Diet
Whole grain foods are an important part of a healthy diet, especially as substitutes to unhealthy refined processed foods since they provide much more nutritional value. Grains are also low in fat. Better yet, they aid in lowering risk of heart disease, diabetes, and other health troubles. They are extensively higher in fiber, vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. Sadly, most people don’t eat enough of this nutritious food. Fortunately, it’s easy to rectify this.
