Once upon a time, Indians relished their food irrespective of which study had said what about an ingredient's health benefits or harmful effects. Fast forward to India today and most of us are still eating everything we shouldn't, but we've picked up some common food myths along the way. These food myths help form future opinions. Not only is this harmful to us, as it influences daily nutrition, but it is also harmful to the world at large, as it becomes part of food lore.
