Not too long ago kickboxing was looked upon as a defense sport or routine, which only professional boxers trained in. It was observed that the fear of injuries kept the general fitness enthusiast population from trying out kickboxing. However, today, kickboxing is considered to be a serious and much loved muscle-sculpting and fat-burning workout routine. Many health devotees also prefer it as a great form of cardio.
