We often hear celebrities rave about weight training and attribute their toned bodies to its benefits. But when it comes to the actual process of penning down our exercise program, most of us try to steer clear of lifting weights. For this we blame the popular notion that weight training is only for men. What most women don’t realize is that weight training does not morph the female body into a bulky-masculine physique.
