The thing is that weight training is a way to boost your metabolism, and it is the food that you eat that is converted to muscle and/or fat. If you eat in excess, then the excess will result in increased weight in the form of muscle or fat. And if you lift weights and do not overeat then you will lean down,” says Arnav.
