July begins, and with it begin our woes of not making it to our gyms amidst the chaos that is the monsoon. Fret not. This workout is based on the simple principle of boot camp calisthenics with short, intense segments of 30 seconds to 1 minute with at least 10 seconds rest between exercises. Let's get started!
