More than 70% of people battling weight issues, blame sugar for their problems. The rest blame junk food for their bulging waistlines. While all of us know that sugar isn't good for us, we still give in to frequent cravings. From colas to juices, desserts, snacks and packaged delights, sugar is everywhere. Could the answer then lie in artificial sweeteners? Stick to the sweet and not to the calories? Sounds pretty, yes? But we wonder if it's safe to continue sweet food binges despite artificial low-calorie sweets.
