What kind of a diet should one opt for in the monsoon, to keep skin healthy?

Drink plenty of water. Eat properly washed fresh fruits and vegetables.  Leafy green vegetables are good for the skin, but these should be dipped in a mixture of salt and water for some time and then washed thoroughly to remove worms or other contaminants. Oily, spicy and pre-cut street fruits should be avoided.  Melons should be taken in limited quantity.
