If you have sudden chocolate cravings almost every day, even when it wrecks your diet plans, then you're suffering from what we like to call a serious case of chocolate addiction. This hunger for chocolates, in reality could just be just a strong urge to eat something that fulfills your urge to self-medicate your blues away. Emotional cravings aside, chocolates and other sweet cravings can also be a direct result of sugar 'hunger' - affected by low blood sugar levels. Here’s how you can control your chocolate cravings and how you can lure yourself away from every dieter's dilemma of being a chocoholic.
