How Much Sugar and Salt Should I Eat Everyday?

There are two kinds of sugar - simple and complex sugar.

Simple sugar includes honey, molasses, fruits; these are easy to breakdown in your body and the healthier choice. Sugar, either refined or raw/brown, only adds calories and is not beneficial to the body.

If you consume fruits, honey, dairy you are getting different forms of sugar in your daily diet. Hence, you don't need to consume sugar separately to make up any deficit.
