How Much Sugar and Salt Should I Eat Everyday?

A healthy diet also needs sugar. But this does not include the nutrition-depleting white sugar.

Your body is far more friendly to sugar that is obtained from carbohydrates in fruits. Sugar from such sources is a great source of energy as it will immediately boost your energy levels. But it has to be obtained from natural products or else sugar can be fattening and will deplete your body's nutritients reserves.
