Weight training routines benefit weight loss, bone density, muscle strength and, above all, healthy metabolism. While all these benefits are inherently linked to each other, the biggest take-home from a good weight training routine is that it is that much harder to plateau. A slump in results can easily be fixed by increasing the weights that you lift, giving you better results over time. But are we aware of what we do right or wrong on the weight training gym floor?
