Tips for men on diet: Make sure you learn how to eat healthy on the road. Carry boxes of dry cereal, peeled and washed vegetables/fruits, dry calorie-free chiwda and so on. Irrespective of your gender, avoid refined carbs such as starchy junk food, white rice, white bread, etc. Key points would be to get a good balance of various nutrients and not eliminate any food group completely. Stay away from simple sugars, processed food for most parts, and eat to the point where you are satisfied but not overstuffed.
