Not feeling any different from the first cardio session six months ago? You could be guilty of committing some of these easy cardio mistakes. From reading a magazine on the exercise cycle to neglecting an adequate warm up and stretching session prior to starting intense cardio activity, we’ve all made these cardio mistakes before. Of course we never realise what we’re doing wrong, till we weigh ourselves and figure that ‘the workout isn’t really working’.
