Do at Home Workout to Get Rid of Arm Flab
I have heard so many people complain of saggy upper arms. I mostly suggest them to do some sets of pushups and chaturanga dandaasana. However, there are so many other simple exercises for arms that you can do sitting comfortably in your office chair or on a mat.
