Celebrity Fitness: Sherlyn Chopra Reveals Her Fitness Secrets 

Diet and fitness always go together; crash diet will only ruin your figure in the long run. Sherly Chopra follows a healthy and balanced diet of proteins and carbs, “My regular diet mostly comprises of high protein and adequate carbohydrates. I enjoy eating fresh fruits, salads, lean protein, leafy vegetables, brown rice/brown bread and eggless cakes.”
