Ask any trainer or gym enthusiast what is that one exercise that works as a total workout and can be performed by anybody at any age and the answer will always be - running. But just like other sports and exercises, running also has its fair share of mistakes. Now you must be wondering what you could possibly be doing wrong when simply running.
