What is considered the average count for maximum calorie intake per day?

Men: 2500 calories
Women: 2000 calories

However, this depends entirely on age, gender, height, weight, physical activity and workout intensity.

PS: The following calorie counts should be taken with a pinch of ‘salt’. Note: If you exercise correctly and eat healthy otherwise, you can consume junk food once in a while without sabotaging your health and weight. Practise caution if you lead a sedentary life with poor eating habits and low to no exercise.
