Here's a question almost as old as weight loss diets themselves - "Are all cereal carbs unhealthy?" Diets that include whole grain, multi grain and low carb cereal products have us well and proper hooked. Add advertisements, hoardings and open information-flow to that mix and we have several generations in the grip of cereal carb propaganda. Yes, there are myths about cereal carbs that very few rubbish.
