Marathon des Sables

A crazy idea would be crossing the largest desert in the world, the Sahara desert. That’s exactly the concept behind Marathon des Sables. It is a race that covers 156 miles over 6 days, your challenge – the hot, dry, sandy and mountainous terrain. There have been cases where two have lost their lives and one barely made it out alive. Marathon de Sables truly challenges human spirit.
