Celebrity Fitness : Mom Karishma Kapoor on Fitness and Healthy Eating

At the age of 38, Karishma Kapoor as a mother has managed to retain her hour glass figure, her coquettish smile and her chirpy style. And this time she also revealed her healthy and fit side by revealing the secret behind her age-defying looks and figure at Godrej Nature’s basket’s Healthy Alternative Intiative. “Being healthy is an aspect of life that almost everyone has realised requires most importance. With the availability of a wide range of healthy foods now it becomes much easier for us to keep ourselves fit and practice the same with our kids as well”, said Karishma who spoke about how her lifestyle has changed after she became a mother.
