Green Chutney Recipe


Green chutney is generally served as a side dish with most Indian dishes. But it can also be used as a savoury dip, which can be served at dinner parties or as part of a healthy snack. Besides, green chutney is packed with nutrients and vitamins.

Ingredients:

  • 1 bunch of fresh mint (approximately 1 cup)
  • 1 bunch of fresh coriander (approximately 1 cup)
  • 2 green chillies
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp lime juice
  • 1/2 onion chopped

 


Method:

Grind all the ingredients (including the salt)

Notes:

Adding onion is optional

Can be stored in the fridge for 4-5 days
