Green chutney is generally served as a side dish with most Indian dishes. But it can also be used as a savoury dip, which can be served at dinner parties or as part of a healthy snack. Besides, green chutney is packed with nutrients and vitamins.
- 1 bunch of fresh mint (approximately 1 cup)
- 1 bunch of fresh coriander (approximately 1 cup)
- 2 green chillies
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp lime juice
- 1/2 onion chopped
Grind all the ingredients (including the salt)
Adding onion is optional
Can be stored in the fridge for 4-5 days
