The important thing to remember is that to get the most out of this diet you need to eat the right carbs so that you to feel full, your energy level stay high and you also lose some weight in the process.

Resistant Starch
Resistant starch is a type of carbohydrate that resists digestion in the small intestine, makes you feel full, and helps burn more fat. Besides, it also helps to curb food cravings, control blood sugar levels and boosts your metabolism.
Resistant starch comes from four different forms and found naturally in foods like legumes and starch granules made from corn.
What to eat
