People who are aiming for weight loss can have a healthy breakfast with an egg white omelet’s.

Egg yolks have three times the calories than in the egg white; they have 5 gms of fat and 210 gms of dietary cholesterol. Egg yolks are rich in Lutien and Zeaxanthin. Both of these are compounds are responsible for promoting sharp vision; they also reduce risk for age – related macular degeneration, one of the major causes for blindness after the age of 50.

It is myth that brown eggs are more nutritious than white eggs.

According to a study by the Harvard School of Public Health, there is no significant link between egg consumption and heart disease. In fact, according to one study, regular consumption of eggs may help prevent blood clots, stroke, and heart attacks.

Eggs are a great source of choline. One egg yolk has about 300 micrograms of choline. Choline regulates the brain, nervous system, and cardiovascular system.

Eggs are one of the only foods that contain naturally occurring vitamin D.

Eggs may prevent breast cancer. In one study, women who consumed at least 6 eggs per week lowered their risk of breast cancer by 44%.

Eggs work best for healthy hair and skin because they have high sulphur content and wide array of vitamins and minerals.
