Raw Papaya Chutney Recipe
Papaya is rich in vitamin A, calcium, potassium, folic acid, vitamin B-6, vitamin B-1 and riboflavin. So if you want to stay healthy and boost your immunity, try this raw papaya chutney recipe, recommended by Neelanjana Singh.
- Raw papaya – 200gms
- Sugar – ¼ cup
- Garam Masala – ¼ tsp
Grate 200 gms of raw papaya in a pan. Add ¼ cup of sugar to it and mix well.
Cook this mixture over low heat on the stove and stir continuously.
Once the sugar is dissolved raise the heat and cook for 5 minutes. Add a pinch of salt and ¼ tsp garam masala powder and cook for another minute.
Serve with rice/rotis or any bread.
