Navratri Special: Healthy Kuttu Chila Recipe
This simple main course, shared by celebrity Chef, Gautam Mehrishi uses buckwheat, which is rich in fibre and carbohydrates. Kuttu chila is a nutritious main course, as it increases energy and is healthy, which is perfect for Navratri.

Preparation Time: 15 mins – 20 mins
Cooking Time: 15 mins – 20 mins
- 4-5 tbsp buckwheat flour
- 1 tbsp deseeded and finely chopped green chilli
- sea salt
- 2 tsp desi ghee
- desi ghee
- Deseeded and finely chopped green chilli
- Mint leaves
First, mix the buckwheat flour, chopped green chilli, sea salt and yoghurt in a bowl to prepare a batter.
Now, heat the desi ghee in a flat pan and cook this batter.
Repeat this process to make one more chila.
Garnish the prepared chila with desi ghee, chopped green chilli, yoghurt and mint leaves.
Your Kuttu ke Chila is ready.
