Weight Loss Recipe: Honey, Cinnamon Water

If you have been trying to lose weight for awhile, but haven’t seen any results, then try this honey & cinnamon recipe, which promises to help you burn calories, shared by Syeda Kiran Zahra Hussain, Certified Holistic Nutrition Therapist, SNHS , UK. Certified Health Coach, IIN, US. This honey & cinnamon recipe will also help boost your metabolism.

 

Ingredients:


2 tsp honey

1 tsp cinnamon

1cup/ 237 ml water

 

Method:


1) Use 1 part of cinnamon to 2 parts of raw honey.

2) Boil in 1 cup of water.

3) Pour the boiling water on the cinnamon. Cover it and let it seep until it is warm enough to drink.

4) Add honey when the water is cool. 

5) Drink 1/2 of this before going to bed. The other half should be covered and refrigerated and this should be consumed in the morning. Do not re-heat it in the morning.
