Rabadi means milk thickened by cooking it on low flame for a long time. It is a traditional Indian sweet dish made out of condensed milk and sugar. It is a very versatile sweet and can be experimented with to bring out your own favourite flavours. With a little extra time and effort you can make your own rabadi at home.
