Opt for dark leafy vegetables, liver, dark chocolate, nuts and pumpkin skin as they are a good sources of iron. Another leading cause for hair loss is stress. Any kind of physical or mental disturbance like an accident, death or breakup can lead to stress and anxiety. This can take a toll on your health and can trigger temporary hair loss. But as the stress subsides your hair fall will stop and it will begin to grow back eventually.
The body needs a healthy dose of proteins to maintain healthy and strong hair. When the body does not get this protein supply for a long time, you will notice several consequences, one of them being hair loss. Make sure that you get your regular dose of proteins to maintain hair health.
Hair loss can also be triggered by an underactive thyroid gland. Hypothyroidism is a condition that will limit the hormones needed by the body to enhance metabolism, hair growth and other important functions.
