Mickey Mehta Transforms Indian Idol Contestants Holistically

Indian Idol is all about guts, glory, fame and of course talent. This year, Indian Idol took a step further. On 7th August, Mickey Mehta, Wellness Guru - who has trained the likes of Priyanka Chopra, Aamir Khan, and Lara Dutta, conducted an enlightening transformational session at his 360° Wellness center (Babulnath) for the Indian Idol finalists and participants.

The top five Indian Idol finalists - Vipul Mehta, Ritika Raj, Amit Kumar, Poorvi Kaoutish and Devendra Pal Singh - are under Mickey Mehta's guidance to be transformed into vibrant and extraordinary individuals. This program will help the contestants build their confidence, become more tolerant, improve attention and memory, and develop positive and creative thoughts. Mehta and his crew will also train the contestants in physical fitness.

Mickey Mehta’s team will also shape and focus the participants' diets. This holistic program will look at the five dimensions of health: Physical Wellness, Physiological Wellness, Psychological Wellness, Emotional Wellness, and Spiritual Wellness. Quite a unique ball game for the contestants!

The contestants were advised to follow it to the T for two months; this will ensure that the contestants are positive and healthy at the same time. Mickey Mehta says, "I feel absolutely humbled by this show of appreciation, I hope for a healthy and happy India and I hope that the regime which I have carefully planned for these contestants will go on to help them become excellent performers and idols of India."
