For skinny people weight gain can seem to be an impossible task. But there are healthy ways to gain healthy weight fast at home. So give these trips a try.

 

No empty calories: You might think chomping on chips and cookies might be an easy way to gain weight, but no! You have to eat healthy to gain weight.

 

Right choice of snacks: When you are choosing weight gain foods go for those with calorie and nutrition value. Peanut butter with carrots and apples is an example of a healthy weight gain snack.

 

Exercise: Exercises like weight lifting will help build muscles. You can start with simple exercises and with the right kind of training you can increase weights. But, also remember to have your quota of protein while you are sculpting your body. Protien shake is the best bet for muscle building.

 

A Whole Meal: See to it that your meals have all elements in it - fruit, vegetables, pulses and good carbs.

 

Natural weight gain home remedy:

 

  • In a bowl soak 6 dried figs and a handful of raisins, keep it overnight and eat this the next day.
  • In a glass of hot milk add 2 tbsp of ashwagandha powder and 1 tbsp butter, mix it, drink it twice a day for one month.
  • In summers, try eating a ripe mango thrice a day followed by a glass of milk, try this home remedy for weight gain for a month.
