Foot Care: Get Summer Ready Feet
Foot care is important, especially in summer. Smelly feet isn’t the only condition that can arise from closed up sweaty feet. The hot temperature can cause a number of infections and blisters too. Here are a few foot care tips for summer.
Pedicures every week will also help your feet maintain basic hygiene. Trim your toe nails and cuticles. This will ensure no dust or dirt accumulates in your nails.
Your feet are susceptible to sun burn and tanning too, apply some sunscreen on your feet to avoid such problems.
Apply some scented powder to your feet before you slip on your shoes. This will not only help keep your feet fresh and odour free but will also soak up excessive moisture that causes your feet to sweat.
Regular foot soaks
Giving your feet a good warm water soak will not only clean them well but will also help you relax. A regular foot soak in summer will ensure healthy feet all season.
