Premature Ejaculation

Premature ejaculation is a common problem, which affects a lot of men. But, most men are reluctant to discuss this problem and tend to suffer in silence. This can cause stress and emotional and psychological issues as well as self-esteem problems. In this article we discuss ways to conquer premature ejaculation.

Some studies show that one in three men suffer from premature ejaculation. So if you are one of  the men who suffer from premature ejaculation, follow these tips.

Masturbate: If you want to last longer in bed, masturbate an hour before you have sex, this will enable you to delay ejaculation.

Delay penetration: Once you begin intercourse, concentrate on foreplay and avoid penetrating your partner for at least 15 minutes. This will delay ejaculation and you can also help your partner reach orgasm through oral stimulation.

Kegels are important:
Kegel exercises are not only beneficial for women as they strengthen the pelvic muscles, but they can also help delay ejaculation in men as they strengthen the pubococcygeus muscle, which contracts during orgasm. So if you exercise this muscle several times a day, you will be able to delay ejaculation.

Adopt the squeezing technique:
When you are close to ejaculation, pull out of your partner and gently squeeze the head of the penis for about 30 seconds. Then start having sex again. This will enable you to bring your partner to orgasm and help you delay ejaculation.
