This is because the glutamine amino acid present in avocados cleanses the skin and protects it from the environment. Also, avocados are packed with antioxidants, which help get rid of all the toxins from the body, eliminate wrinkles and give skin a healthy glow. So, make sure to include this beauty food in your diet at least a couple of times a week.

Avocados cleanse and hydrate skin, thereby improving its health revitalise skin. They also make skin soft and smooth because avocados stimulate collagen production. Avocados can also be used to exfoliate and moisture rough, dry or flaking skin, treat eczema reduce age spots and increase the skin’s elasticity.

Avocado oil can also be used as a natural sunscreen to protect your skin and hair from the sun’s harsh rays. The oil is also great to help alleviate the pain caused by sunburn.
